Jalapeno Steak

<p>Ingridients<br />
Jalapeno peppers, stemmed<br />
Cloves garlic, peeled<br />
1 1/2 Teaspoons cracked pepper<br />
Tablespoon coarse salt<br />
1/4 cup lime juice<br />
Tablespoon dried oregano<br />
Direction<br />
Combine jalapenos, garlic, pepper, salt, lime juice and oregano in a blender. Blend until smooth.<br />
Place steak in a shallow pan or large resealable plastic bag. Pour jalapeno marinade over the steak, and turn to coat.<br />
Preheat an grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grill grate. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.</p>

    Kenji’s is the best we’ve had.

    Kenji’s Ramen is hot and fresh. Noodles are perfect every time. I like the Smokey, slightly spicy Kenji’s with mushrooms and pork belly. This comes with kimchi but I ask for it in the side so it doesn’t take over the dish (for me) If you ask to have the pork belly grilled well you can get an even smokier flavor. We have also tried the Couve and Kaizen ramen which are also very tasty.

    Try it and you’ll love it. 5 stars.
