2. Prepping supplies in the morning for the day and for the next day (morning shift).
3. Closing down the line and preserving ingredients for the next day (night shift).
4. Ensuring that food is served, handled, and preserved according to food safety standards.
5. Showing up in a timely manner every scheduled work day.
